Olympian Pickleball Influencer Program / Facility Application

Olympian Pickleball Director/Pro Shop Program Agreement

This Agreement is entered into as of the date of submission by and between:

Podaras Sports LLC d/b/a Olympian Pickleball ("Company") and the Facility/Pro Shop listed above.

1. Role

Pro Shop/Club may feature, represent, and promote Olympian Pickleball products through facility pro shop displays, member play, instruction, demo events, and general promotion within their club community.

2. Product Purchase Terms

  • Pro Shop/Club may purchase Olympian Pickleball products at a 40% wholesale discount off retail pricing for pro shop retail inventory or facility use.
  • Products may be used for pro shop retail resale, facility demo programs, instruction, or member programs.
  • Company may recommend product selection based on facility profile, customer demographics, availability, and inventory.

3. Pro Shop Display & Merchandising

  • Pro Shop/Club agrees to maintain a dedicated display area for Olympian Pickleball products within the facility pro shop.
  • Company may provide marketing collateral, signage, and display support to optimize retail visibility.

4. Facility Welcome Kit

Pro Shop/Club may receive a branded welcome package (including promotional materials, signage, and/or branded facility items).

5. Non-Exclusivity

This Agreement is non-exclusive.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement is month-to-month. Either party may terminate with fourteen (14) days written notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Pro Shop/Club may use Company brand assets solely for promotional and retail display purposes in connection with this Agreement.

8. Independent Contractor

Pro Shop/Club is an independent contractor and business entity, and not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company.

9. General Terms

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
  • Company may update program terms with reasonable notice.
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
